If anyone sent me an email with Incredimail junk in it I would contact them once and let them know that I will report them for spamming my Inbox with that advertising-supported email junk!
What happens when you try to read your email? As I recall, Incredimail is very heavily html oriented. What is your firewall? Try turning off the Avast! Web Shield temporarily and see if that makes a difference.
I see you are in Canada. Is is possible that you are using Sympatico as your ISP and email provider? If so, then I think we can help you quickly.

My mail starts to load and then stops with an error report …
