Infected by Decompression Bomb

This year my computer is attacked 2 times by a decompressin bomb and once by a myfile.exe virus. So 3 times I had to format my computer totally. In the last 4 monthes my computer worked well. But now I notice that my Hotmail account is hacked. The site that took over is: bay169.mail.live.com.ipaddress.com.
I want to disconnect Avast from this hacked site. I cannot do this on this hackers site.
Can you change my linked mail address for me please? Maybe you can contact me on this gmail address to check my registrated name and such…
I dont know how to reach you more directly!
I use your product: Avast Internet Security 2015
I hope that you can soon help me with this.

It’s just a highly packed archive, usually nothing to worry…

If you need a check, attach your basic diagnostic logs. (MBAM, FRST and aswMBR)

Thank you for this information!
The decompression bomb was a bit scary tough. It kept activating Avast. After half an hour scanning (with increasing noise) the scan-progress still remained at 0%. And the MyFile.exe virus emptied my W8 folder, there was only this ‘MyFile.exe’-file in the W8 folder.
This year I needed help to clean my computer 3 times, this was expensive. I don’t want this to happen again. (I already paid for Avast!)

For about 4 monthes my computer worked well.
But now I noticed another weird thing: MY HOTMAIL ACCOUNT IS HACKED! And this Hotmail account is linked to Avast.
So my main concern is now: to unlink Avast-Internet-Security from this hacked Hotmail account.
I think I need your (Avast) help to do this. I hope there is a way to solve this…

Here in the forum it is FREE

Have you changed password on your hotmail account

Yes I know its free here. I guess I panicked. It seemed such an aggressive virus! It immediately started up programs… I had even problems closing them.
But listen: How can I change the password of my hacked Hotmail account?
I cannot login there! That weird sex (or whatever) site took over. I’d rather not login on that weird account.
What if this fake Hotmail site caused all these problems on my pc! It is linked to Avast! Avast already got attacked by something in the past,
a few times. (Last year Hotmail already sent strange messages to my friends, this was even another Hotmail account) I dont trust Hotmail.
I really dont want to activate these viruses again!
But if there is a safe way for me to unlink Avast from Hotmail (without logging in there), PLEASE TELL!

to get your computer checked, follow instructions given in first reply …

Are you running Windows XP?

No, I run windows-8. When I get rid of corrupted linked Hotmail, I think I can safely upgrade to W10.
Meanwhile, I did the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Scan. RESULT: NO THREATS

Hmm, well if you want to get a check, see the instructions up in the first post.

No, I don’ t want a check!
Why do I have to repeat this over and over?

Maybe i need glasses or my english is bad, but i dont see you saying that in any post above …

I asked 3 times to change my linked mail-address. (and I explained why) Nothing else!

Answered in Reply #5.

Sorry, i see now that one reply from me is not transmitted somehow. This is why I didnot understand your reaction, and replied a bit harsh.
I asked in that lost reply: What is the use of doing these scans, while my computer is still connected (via Avast) to a corrupted Hotmail account? I was planning to do these scans, once this mail issue is fixed.
B.t.w.: I already sent a request to change this mail-address, 4 days ago. Probably/hopefully Avast will change this soon.
I guess it will do no harm if you would check these files now already, if you are still willing to do this.
Again: sorry for the miscommunication. I hereby send you the log files… (Malwarebytes found no threats)

No problem, now you’ve to wait a bit…

The system looks nice and clean
