Infected file found with Avast USB Recovery

Hello dear forum users,

I made a USB Recovery disc through Avast Free Antivirus. Then I booted the USB stick and scanned my whole computer, including archives. The scan found 1 infected file, which was in C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\FontCache~FontCache-FontFace.dat

When I tried to repair or delete it I got an error message stating: “The system cannot find the file specified Nr(2) (2)”

I also scanned with Malwarebytes, including rootkits, and it found nothing.

Now, when I scan the same folder in C:'with Avast Free Antivirus or the Avast USB Recovery disc, they find nothing.

Is it possible that the virus could have moved?

Prior to this I’ve reflashed my BIOS twice and completely wiped my HDD.

Here are the scan logs:

Seems like a FP on a temp file to me.
Nothing to worry about I would say.

Thanks, I also ran Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST). I’ve attached the logs.

You should remove all illegal (activated) software from your system.
