infected files

My avast just found two infected files:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft.…\mpcache-376274EF804D3609509B0F94E18CC52D63211E0D.bin.VF and
C:\Users\Anja\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Preferences~RF1d5a40.TMP

As it is not possible to repair them, does anybody know whether they may be destroyed withoung harming my system?

Is there really nobody who may tell me whether can delete the files? It would help me a lot!! :-X

Are these files detected as Win32:Flufferminer-D?
