Infection blocked message repeated over and over

Hey all,

I am new to this forum so any advice would be great.

For a few days I have been receiving this message ( see attachment) saying this threat has been blocked. At first it was on almost every email that came in, now it is referring to the same email over and over and it just keeps coming.

I have found an email that I received on the 28th (today the 31st) that I had put in the junk folder that matches the sender. Of course I hadn’t clicked on any links or anything, just put it in junk. I have tried deleting it and when I do that it disappears and is not in the trash. I have emptied the trash although its not in there, that hasn’t stopped it.

When I go back to where the email was in the junk folder, the email has appeared back there again? I can’t get rid of it and these messages are driving me insane…

Please help me get rid of this. :-\

Acess Your mail account from webmail and delet if still there

Delete the mail from the server.

Thanks so much for your help guys but that hasn’t worked… ?? I deleted it from the inbox and the trash folder.

Any other ideas?

If you delete the mail from all places where it is in, the alerts will stop.
Ask your mail-provider to help you if needed.

Have you tried a reboot after delete?
