Infection Blocked

Yesterday I switched from AVG to Avast( I was trying to fix a facebook blockage problem someone else was having on their computer and so I installed the same virus and malware protections to see what the problem was). Anyways, I hadn’t had a problem with AVG finding viruses or malware but as soon as I installed Avast I get an “infection block” message whenever I am online, it comes up multiple times so I can’t pinpoint it to a specific site. The entire message reads: “URL:http://5195789.abechet.com/c.php?aid=265&lid=21643&mv=MVX0265005871,1,1,1,1
Infection: URL:Mal
Process: C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe”

I’ve run quick scans which find nothing and I ran one full computer scan that found nothing and then I ran another full computer scan that found a bunch of files that couldn’t be scanned because they are archived.

Anyone know a way I could either pinpoint where exactly this infection is coming from or how to stop Avast from popping up with this message? I’m confused now if I should try going back to AVG or not. Thanks!
