infection dectected in web shield

Hello! I’m new to Avast! After a couple of full scans, Avast! has detected two warnings. Also, there is one infection in Web Shield.
Infection: URL:Mal
URL: http://img.stat-run.info/empty22.gif

How can I safely remove this?

You cannot remove a ‘webshield infection’, because there’s nothing infected in your computer, webshield prevents you from connecting to a potential harmfulf site, it just blocks the connection.

But what keeps triggering these things? I get an http://fga5050.viewcontact.com/dc/....and on and on. About 10 pop up, I close them and then don’t see them again for a day or two, if I’m lucky.
