Will someone please tell me how I can deal with this file?

I deleted the file location last night to only receive this infection detected message again today.

it seems to be located in Safari cache… have you tried to empty safari cache?

if still problems…

follow this guide and attach the logs…not copy and paste http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0

OBS:… is this on a Mac computer ?

Yes it is on a Mac. I uninstalled Avast and installed Kaspersky. Kaspersky has not detected this file yet. It has been going through a deep scan.

Unfortunately Kas does not check out web pages to the degree that Avast does and alas I have no knowledge of MAC systems
