Hi i have avast free the new version 9.0 running windows 7 64 bit. Everything was fine until to day and i keep getting a randon pop up off avast saying avast webpage has blocked a harmful webpage or file. it says object http:/…/announce?info_hash=%d9%2b$6( infection url:mal and it seems this is comeing off bit torrent now everything i download i allways scan with avast music films mainly. ive also run avast and its all clear also malware bytes all clear and super anti spyware which removed 16 cookies i then run c cleaner both sides rebooted and im still getting this. can some 1 help as the pop up can be terribly frustrating after a while thx.

Edit: Ah, seems you found it. 
yes its ok I figured it out I was using Mozilla firefox and some reason that option wasent there I used ie now and I could see it can u post back wen u have checked the log file as this pop up im getting now is very very annoying essesbox greatful 4 any help here whatsoever.
sorry essexboy I ment trying to concentrate with a pop up going on and off shall I post the mbam log file as well.

yes I don’t have the other scanners I only have malwarebytes and superanti spyware though

r they ok to use as im a bit wearey on what programmes I use 4 scanning u see I trust the others just ive not heered of the other to
Run AdwCleaner again and after the scan click clean

Download OTL to your Desktop

[*]When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
[*]Attach both logs
