Hello:
I am trying to clean and help my sister with her internet security. I downloaded and installed free Avast, Malwarebytes and Spywareblaster.
But I am having a recurrent issue when I scan with Malwarebytes, some infections keep coming up frecuently and even thou I got rid of them and even perrformed a full scan with Avast after that, (which came up clean). But a few days later I see, when I scan with Malwarebytes that it comes up again. She also gets Popup windows with advertising while online. They just Pop up while checking emails etc… I took off google chrome and reinstall it, but the problem persists.
This is what showed up right now after the fast Malwarebytes scan. Any suggestion on how to get rid of this issue. Much appreciated Thanks!
Her computer is laptop Samsung R540, has Windows XP and uses IE 10 and Google Chrome.
