Can anyone has any idea about it regarding its launch?

Beta testing will start this summer, while actual release is scheduled for autumn.

I wanna ask if i wan to upgrade to avast5 will it cost any of charge?Me already brought avast professional so did i nid buy it again?

If your license will still be valid at release, then no, it will not cost you anything.
