Is avast detecting it but can not remove it ?

i m using windows 2003 OS
and affected database malware name :- Trojan-Spy.Win32.Zbot.akww

what do they say ?..have found and removed ? or can not remove ?

The detection name seems to be from Kaspersky!

if im not mistaken an older os is easier to get infected then a newer one
