When I try to insert the registation key, the system shows the follwing message: Only User from administrator groupe can insert registation key. Login in as adminstrator, please.
I’m administrator of that machine. I deleted avast and reinstalled it, but I got the same message. What’s wrong?

I assume that you were using your user account and not ‘the Administrator’ account.
It may well be easier to login as ‘The Administrator’ not to just use a user account with administrator privileges. There have been occasions that on multi user PCs that this type of thing happens, but the easiest solution so has been to install as ‘The Administrator’ and enter the registration key.
did you check your computer for spywares?
and also run chkdsk (scandisk) to check that your harddriver is ok
