'Insert note' in Outlook still broken - Avast 5.0.396

5.0.396 seems to be running smoothly (after having uninstalled Malwarebytes), except that the insert note option still breaks html mail in Outlook (2007).

Is this going to be fixed in a later update? Also, will there be an option to only insert notes into outbound mail?

Probably not in the very next one but in the one after that.

BTW lister I’m not sure I understand your situation. On one hand, you were reporting that avast 5 doesn’t run on your system at all (doesn’t even install as the setup program freezes right away), and now you’re reporting these issues in the Outlook plugin?

I uninstalled Malwarebytes, that was it.

Installed v5, and it’s been running smoothly with no freezes.
