Insert note into clean message (outgoing)

I did not find were to request a needed improvement on how to insert a note into a clean message. I like the fact that Avast can add a note saying that the outgoing message is clean but I get two messages every time when only one is needed. One message seems to be text and the second is HTML. These files are named "NONAME.’
Also, I’d like to SEE that this message is incorporated into the email body, something like this:

I have seen other anti virus that do just that. Is this something that could be done?
