Hello,
Where can I find a reliable link to download v2015.10.2.2218?
Downloading from https://forum.avast.com/?topic=169887.0 or http://avast_free_antivirus.en.downloadastro.com/old_versions/, I end up with v2015.10.3.2223.
In http://www.oldapps.com/avast_antivirus.php , the last version is 10.2.2215.
Thank you.
Why are you not willing to install the latest version ???

Hi Bob,
I’d like to get a proper explanation to my question here.
https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=173739.0
Thank you.
Guess you’ll need to wait for the developer to get one.

Thanks again Bob.
Do you know where I can download v2015.10.2.2218?
Yes but let’s wait for a reply from Avast on your question first. If you still wan to go back, I can make Avast free v2218 available.

Thanks for the info. I appreciate it.
Hi Yaron10
Although I don’t agree with your motivation, you have every right to go back to Avast Free v2015.10.2.2218 : http://filehippo.com/download_avast_antivirus/60933

Hi Rednose,
Thank you. I appreciate your approach.
Am I missing anything?
There’s only one download link (green) to the latest version.
Best regards.
Hi Yaron10
The green download link is for v2015.10.2.2218 , but you can select the latest v2015.10.3.2223 ( or older versions ) as well.

You’re right about filehippo downloading current version when selecting v2218. It’s 151MB, when 2218 should be 146MB. Found it on FileHorse.com . downloading now. . . .
From Filehippo you will receive the current stable release not an old version.
If you want the current version, download it from here:
https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=174286.msg1237838#msg1237838
If you’re looking for older versions of Avast, download them from here:

My pleasure have a great day.

bob3160, the reason we’re going back to 2218 is because subsequent releases have messed up Outlook in numerous ways.
(I don’t use Outlook)
Reported to Moderator. Let’s see if we get a reply directly from someone at Avast.
