I just bought 2 new computers and have put the old ones out of commission.
When I tried to used the license again (I had 3) it crashed my computer. After resetting, I was not able to reload Avast, presumably because it is calculating that I have used all my licenses up.
Can anyone help me?
The license isn’t doing that, if the old systems are out of commission, avast uninstalled, etc. there is no you have installed X times.
What however is important is what version of avast do you have - 4.8 or 5.0 Pro ?
If pro and they are valid (have time left on them) then there should be no problem if a license is used again on a new system
You may need to do a clean reinstall.
