we tried to reproduce this issue in our environment, but with no success. Could you please check the NT Event log (eventvwr.msc) and look for any records in Application log related to the installation of avast! Administration Console?

Yes, here is the information about the installation from event viewer:
Beginning a Windows Installer transaction: C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\AVAST Software\avast! Administration Console\1.1.6219\install\sbc_setup.x64.msi. Client Process Id: 1292.
Ending a Windows Installer transaction: C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\AVAST Software\avast! Administration Console\1.1.6219\install\sbc_setup.x64.msi. Client Process Id: 1292.
Yes it worked before, it happen when some one uninstall the SBC from this server, and now I try to re-install and always fail.
The installation log I get only this information, I will do cleaning all the avast installation on the server and re install the SBC.

1, what was the “uninstalled” SBC version?
2, what is the SBC version you are trying to install?
3, are you using the “Recommended” or “Expert” installation?
