Installation after new rom ...no informations on avast-account

Hi!

I installed a new rom on my oneplus one three days ago. Installed Avast Mobile Security and AntiTheft again, connected to avast account like usual. The A0001-phone is in the list but there are no informations shown. It says “unfortunately there are no informations available for the A0001 …”.

Any ideas?

Just wait a few hours, sometimes it can take a while to get listed.

OK, this might be related to the new ROM.

I will do that but I am not sure if its related to the new rom because it is pretty the same (from Cyanogen OS 13.1.2 to CM 13).

I asked support but in the meantime I de- und reinstalled all avast-apps. Informations are shown now in the avast-account but it says/recommends to install antitheft …but it is installed. The same on my sons phone (with COS 13.1.2 on oneplus on).

And now avast-account suddenly shows that there are no informations available (for both phones). What a mess is going on here :wink: ?

Avast support asked if the phones have internet-connection …how funny ::). I suppose they don´t really have a clue.
