Hey there Everyone!
Since then (when the same problem occured to me) I was quite a “hit n’ run” guy, so if I cannot find a solution to a problem like this, I’ve “Googled” it, then I almost always can find an answer in half an hour or less, which helps me through.
But not this time…
I’ve spent 5-6 hours trying to resolve this problem, and cannot find a precise answer to this thread, which actually works…
I’ve also tried to install Avast from an offline one, but it cannot refreshes the “logs” and etc…
Then finally I’ve find a french comment section somewhere - the solution they’ve mentioned is quite simple:
- just change Your internet connection (or provider) to a different one!
That’s all! 
Since then it will work and install fine! ;D
I hope this will help You all - facing with the same problem when trying to install Avast in online mode or even when after it won’t updating via offline installer (due to corrupted internet connection - I guess) as well.
