Check your temp file directory.
This errorcode translates to The directory or file cannot be created.
This most likely means that the temp directory cannot be accessed properly.
It could also be a corrupted installation package. Clear the internet cache, remove cookies, remove temporary downloaded files and download Avast again. See if that solves it.
