How do I install Avast on my other two PCs? I have a licence for 3.

The same way you installed the first. You need copy over the license file into the other PCs so that it can be used for the other 2.

Thanks for the prompt help, and sorry to be thick - what do I actually DO?! Words of one syllable please… If I google on Avast on the other PCs, it asks me to buy it.

There should be a download link for the Avast! version you purchased in one of your e-mails.
