Installation Problem avast7.0

Hi,

I’m Download Avast_pro_antivirus_setup 7.0.1466.549 version with licensekey . This S/w i installed in my laptop after installing i activate the trial version. Now the trial period shows 30 days. After installing avast on my laptop i do format my laptop , after formating my laptop again i reinstall the avast 7.0 version but it’s not activated the trial version. How to activate that into my laptop , can anyone suggest me to solve this issue…

No, AV means i don’t know about this. This is first time i’m using Avast

AV = Anti-Virus.

In other words, what anti-virus was used before Avast and how was it removed?

sorry yar,

i’m recently buy the laptop by default it has some anti virus but it’s not activated i don’t no how to remove that could u plz solve my issue.

Uninstall the AntiVirus from Programs and Features if it is there ? then run the vendors removal tool which you should be able to find here http://singularlabs.com/uninstallers/security-software/

uninstall the existing AV and install again Avast it’s installed successfully.But when i try to Activate the trial period it show the error message “The trial period could not be activated. Please make sure are connected to the internet and your proxy settings are correct.”

It’s needed to connect internet aaa.
But previously i installed the AV (avast) when i activate the trial period at that time i’m not connect the internet.
