Installation query re AIS on Windows7 Ultimate 64 bit with XP Mode

As I understand things the XP mode needs it’s own independant security .
Just have 2 questions.

1. Is it OK to install AIS in the main 64 bit section and also on the XP mode section? I presume it is but thought best to check first.
2. I will hopefully be subscribing to AIS5. Would the 2 installations on the same laptop be counted as 1pc or 2pcs.

Just curious and please don’t take this the wrong way.

Why are you running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit in the XP mode?

Do you have an older computer and graphics card that can’t handle Aero or is for another reason?

Obviously I run it mostly in 64 bit but I have a few older programs that will not run properly (or at all) in the 64 bit environment and at the moment those are best suited for what I need them for so I have to run these in XP mode which works just fine, but also requires some protection hence my original post.
