i’m trying to install the secureline trial on a pc running windows 10. i ran the installer normally and it failed and again as an administrator.
i get this:
CreateProcess failed; code 14001.
The application has failed to start because its side-by-side
configureation is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use
the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.
Please attach the log file to your next post.
side-by-side often means there is a conflict with similar installed software.
it installed when i got home so it may have been something on my work network.

sorry about the issue you ahve with installing SecureLine.
Are you talking about standalone product?
Do you have Avast antivirus installed on your computer while trying to install SecureLine?
