Installed avast, pop ups blocked

Hi Forum,

In addition to the grief I am having with Outlook, I cannot sign into my AT&T webmail account. The sign in popup does not come up. I have set IE 7 to allow pop ups on this page.

Any ideas?

I am not familiar with AT&T webmail and so I can not help.

Hi Forum,

This problem has been resolved successfully. It turned out that my ISP was having problems just at the same time I was upgrading to avast ! 5.0. Go figure :wink: That prevented Outlook from working. I don’t know what caused the AT&T webmail from working but that problem “just went away.” avast! 5.0 is working 100%. I am still having a problem getting avast! and/or Outlook to recognize an file composed of images as spam, but that issue is small and reported in another forum post called “Spam getting through.”
