what do i do with these infections do i delete them or not?

any replys welcome

You did the right thing.

They’re there for backup purposes. It’s ok.

The files in the System section of the Chest are back-up copies should they be needed to recover from an infection of these important files, leave them there.

Leave the file/s in the avast Chest, a protected area where it can do no harm. You should leave it there for a week or two to ensure no harmful effects of having moved it. If there are no harmful effects, then scan it again (from within the Infected section of the chest) if that scan also confirms it as infected you can delete it from within the chest.

thanks for your help are you saying that i just keep the system files in the chest or all of the files even the ones that begin with win32

You can keep all.
The three clean system files backuped.

The other infected files. Wait one or two weeks, right click the files and scan them again.
If your computer is working and the files are really infected, you can get rid from them so.
