I have installed the software twice but at the end where I click finish nothing happens…
So I went into explorer and find the file under Programs folder and it is there but when I click on it , it is empty. Weirdest problem I have ever had…Anyone have any ideas.

Try to do a repair by re-running the set-up then click repair. Also don’t forget to re-boot.
Any other antivirus installed before? Which one? How did you uninstall it?
Are you running an user with admin rights?
Guys, kinda doubt he is talking about avast installer. Perhaps he tried to install something into sandbox but seriously the post totally lacks any useful info.
Did you reboot after the installing?
