Hi all,
I’ve recently rolled out Avast for Business throughout a number of our users and on the hole this has went well. Unfortunately however when inviting one of Mac user in particular (via email where they subsequently download the Avast application) they are not appearing in the Devices section of the Network tab within the admin console. This seems to be very strange as any other user (including Mac users) who have installed the application via this approach all seem to appear in that section. Is this something anyone has encountered before or knows how to fix?
I’ve tried reinstalling the application and rebooting etc to ensure any changes have taken affect but no luck to this point. The version installed on the Mac is 12.5.
Any advice would be appreciated.
