Installing Client from Console Package and license cannot be reached

Hello Team.
Actually, I have a point to point between 2 buildings, the first one have the main server with AEA and about 50 computers. Here I was installed Avast Client from package and all is working fine, all clients are in optimal status.
But in the second building the computers, after avast client installation from package generated from console, cannot reach the license from AEA server, the client show a message proposing buy license (show my client running in demo period).
I checked this ports in windows firewall in AEA server

avast! ADNM Agent access: TCP 16111
avast! ADNM AMS discovery: UDP 6000
avast! ADNM Cisco NAC access: TCP 16103
avast! ADNM Console access: TCP 16102
avast! ADNM Mirror access: TCP 5033

And I added this other ones

AEA Mirror: TCP 16135
AEA Client Communication Port: TCP 16136
AEA Client Communication Port Puhs: TCP 16139

You have any idea what is happen in my network, please help me.
Thanks in advance.
Rafael.

I have a similar problem. But here it is in same building. some computers can connect to console some cant. it is very frustrating.
I ended up with manually adding the license file to the clients to continue protection.

I added the IP Adress instead the FQDN in the Avast5.ini

you can find this ini file in follow location

c:\documents and settings\all user\appdata\avast software\avast\

in my case it works fine

Cannot find these files?
Any other suggestion?

Look at the avast administrative console settings( settings > troubleshooting>avast administrative console) on one of the clients at the site that is not working. Make sure that the Servername/IP is pointed to your AEA server and that the port that it is using is open on both ends and through any firewalls. I would also check and make sure that your clients can ping your AEA server.
