Installing New Avast Home

I have tried to download and install the new homew version several times and every time i get an error during installation that a file aswcmn0s.dll is missing and install is unable to complete . I have removed all norton software and tried again and the same thing , I have removed avast and tried again and the same thing WHat do I do Now?

You might still have some Norton programs on your computer after you unistall it, click here to unistall Norton completely

For Norton 2004 or higher, you use the SymNRT or 2003 or less, use the Rnav2003.exe (scroll down)

After that, try to reboot, and install avast! again.
