Watching streaming content without touching any “Input devices” doesn’t mean
User is doing nothing at all.
But Avast doesn’t seem know this. Avast, the application, need to check network traffic to decide wheather “User is away from keyboard” or not.
And also a single process “instup.exe” must not take most of CPU capacity whatever it costs.
