Recently my pc shuts down quite often, seems that iaSor.sys from Intel does NOT function properly.
Where can I download the driver software for Vista32 bits version?

Do you mean the Intel Turbo Boost Technology Monitor https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=19105 ? if so it was never designed for Vista and is only for use on 1st 2nd and 3rd Generation I core processors excluding I3, the Turbo Monitor is also not needed for the speed boost function to operate.

I feel unsure about Intel’s download.
I recovered the pc to an earlier date and downloaded Windows essential update for IE9.
