Your Welcome Dch48.
I’ve been a fan of their Burning Studio since version 6.
IMHO, it has Nero beat by a mile and the price for Ashampoo Burning Studio 2010 Advanced
certainly can’t be beat.

Nope, can’t be beat with a stick ;D . I like that it will be usable when I finally get a new system with Win7. The Sonic software I was using is only for XP and, since it came bundled from HP, will only install on this machine anyway.

I also like, as I said earlier, DVD Flick. You can take .avi or other video files and convert them to a DVD that will play in any DVD player with menus, chapter breaks, subtitles, and everything a commercial DVD would have. The quality varies with how much video you convert but for files up to 4 hours in length it produces pretty good discs. It is also able to use double layer discs which obviously would extend the amount of data you can convert.

Five myths about Facebook

By David Kirkpatrick
Sunday, September 26, 2010

Movies often have Web sites, but it’s not so often that Web sites have movies. Facebook, of course, is not just any Web site; in the 6 1/2 years since founder and chief executive Mark Zuckerberg started the social networking service in his Harvard dorm room, it has acquired 500 million active users worldwide. It may be the fastest-growing company in history. And now, yes, it is the inspiration for a movie, ā€œThe Social Network,ā€ opening Oct. 1. Even before Hollywood got involved, however, Facebook was the subject of quite a bit of lore – not all of it true.

as I mentioned a few times on this forum, I really don’t like Facebook at all, so I just don’t use it, but still, after reading an article about FB’s popularity, I checked on Alexa, and guess who might soon become the most frequented site worldwide? ;D

Its popular with the young crowd:

Gee thanks it's nice to be called young again.... ;D ;D http://www.facebook.com/bob3160

lol ;D this said there are millions of adults using Facebook

I guess you aren’t yet an adult.

You are quite a good Archivist Flame Warrior though:

I guess you aren't yet an adult.
You're right. I consider myself in my second childhood. ;D

Me too.

I have learned to get along with people and it works best if you are not confrontational but Logos is the master of Confrontation

  1. an open conflict of opposing ideas, forces, etc.
    http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/confrontation

Its not easy for French people to understand English even though many English words have French roots.

Maybe it goes back to the French Revoution where all intelligent people where killed ???

Have you ever tried to deal with a French-Canadian ???

I have adopted this as my motto:

Growing old is inevitable but growing up is optional.

It serves me well and I enjoy the simple things in life a lot more than many people my age who have allowed the stereotypes of society to apply to them because they think it’s the way they should be.

This certainly isn’t Logos who is trying to start up another confrontation. :frowning:

We got off topic here… ::slight_smile:

thanks Bob  just wondering how long it will still take until they decide to ban him.

Logos isn’t the one going around randomly insulting people and trying to start confrontations, you are Kenny. You are a very narrow minded man and a master troll.

Fixed.

archiving Yokenny’s xenophobic hits ;D so far he’s been ranting against the French, the Russians, the Slovens and anything that’s not Canadian with obscure British roots and illiterate. But hey, unless you bash a potential customer (who deserves it), you’re not banned here ;D

Well raking over hot coals is hardly likely to make matters any better. If you don’t like it use the report to moderator link in the offensive post.

So lets get back on topic thanks.

…didn’t notice that unless reporting obvious spam, that link was useless ??? ::slight_smile:
