I already own a smart watch, this one,
Samsung SM-R805UZSAXAR Galaxy Watch Smartwatch 46mm Stainless Steel LTE GSM (Unlocked), Silver (Renewed)
I’m currently waiting patiently for the following to take its place,

That looks good and at a reasonable price.
So far over the years I have had 3 (4) so called smart watches/fitness bands, etc. Essentially I only used/needed them for my daily fitness training/exercise.
Only one was worth a damn, the first one from many many years ago and that was more a watch with a pulse rate monitor. It was basic and I had to put a finger over a contact pad to get an ‘actual’ pulse readout.
Many of these smart devices try to be all things to all men/women and fail in the same way as a Jack of all Trades, is rarely Master of All. When that eventually first watch died a natural death, I researched smart fitness bands/smart watches that actively monitored exercise/heart rate and a whole host of other functions.
For me the heart rate during exercise was the most crucial, but most were absolutely useless/inaccurate as to be useless. I was effectively manually monitoring my pulse at times of high output, which was way better and more accurate than the wrist based measurements. After trying 3 different brands and found them all lacking I eventually bought a heart rate chest band. Whist this only does one thing it was pretty accurate and close to my manual checks.
I found many of the functions unnecessary and or infuriating (step count, movement, sleep quality) came to mind so I ended up disabling them. Two got me so angry I’m sure it raised my pulse rate (telling me it was 180-200+ BPM), to the point that I tried to smash two of them into the ground. They really took a licking and were still ticking
albeit inaccurately. That I completely stopped using them altogether.
The one feature in yours, the oxygen saturation level, a feature not in any of them, that I would have liked. Even now in the UK many of the smart devices that have this feature aren’t registered (or disabled) in the UK.
I hope you have better luck with yours.

Wow that tree looks like it it is close to breaking point.
They look like starlings ?
A murmuration of starlings a sight to behold when they are getting ready to settle down for the night

I didn’t know remake of “The Birds” was now available on YouTube
Obviously social distancing does not apply to starlings.
