Interferiring with P900 sync'ing

Hi

I’ve got the home edition of avast! 4.7 and it creates a problem when I attempt to sync my Sony Ericsson P900 with my pc. This only happens when I’ve got avast! installed.

The actual message I get is “you are not authorised for the selected operation or the username/password is incorrect”

I don’t require a username nor password when sync’ing my P900.

Has anyone experienced anything similar?

Disable the avast providers one at a time and let us know which one is causing this.
Also tell us the settings of that provider.
