Internet connection Sharing Mode, ICS, is this now only available in Premier?

I need internet connection sharing mode, ICS, to access one application via my laptop.
It used to be available in Avast Free in the firewall section.
Firewall including ICS seems to have been removed from the free version?

Does the Premier version need to be purchased to access this option now?

Checked the forum, before posting this, and saw a post about accessing Settings, (within the free version), Troubleshooting and restore old settings but I couldn’t see ICS?

Avast free has never had a firewall
