Why would your spam filter want to connect to outblaze.com (do you know outblaze.com) using the SMTP email port ?
avast’s mail scanner monitors the email ports (25, 110, etc.) it is expecting the traffic using these specific ports to be using the email protocol and it would appear that spamsleuth is improperly using the SMTP port 25 to connect using a different protocol. This is what is causing the timeout.
How can you fix it, find out why spamsleuth is connecting to the internet and stop it using port 25 to connect.
Perhaps you should check up on outblaze.com a little more …
