Hi Chris…
IE6 is still at 20%? Wow. :o
God bless ![]()
wouldn’t call that very good news, people will never learn :![]()
I was really surprised by these results…
I have noticed that Microsoft is forcing all computers to install Internet Explorer 8 through its Windows Update
So NO WONDER why IE 8 is top
Not everyone can afford a new system that can run IE8 though. ![]()
There are still lots of Win98/Windows 2000 systems out there and maybe even the old original July 1993 Windows NT:

hmmm…i wonder if there are somone still on win 3.11 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_3.1x ;D
could you go on the nett with 3.11 ?
They will never have the pain to change the IE 6 to 8 ;D
I’d like to see IE 6.0 vanish completely. As a web developer it throws up so many stupidly annoying backwards compatible coding issues that you require to spend time working around. I hate the thing!. ;D
Also, I don’t see Opera in that list?. Best browser out there IMO. 8)
Hi Red44,
IE7 and IE8 have security issues as well at the moment, there will be a out of band patch coming:

I would refrain from using IE on all platforms and use it only for MS downloads to keep it up to date and fully patched *because of the consequences for your OS.
Do not click BlueE and certainly not on Windows XP SP3 for the moment,
