Internet Explorer 9 pinned website folder

Hey Forum friends since IE9 has came out I have noticed there is a folder that stores a .website (pinned site) in the folder every time you pin something to the taskbar. The location is
C:\Users[b][username here][/b]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Pinned Sites

I been clearing the files IE9 creates in that folder for a while now and i haven’t ran into any problems so i am guessing it might be a pinned website cache folder.

Note: I am making a topic of this so the other Internet Explorer 9 users will know about the folder

Do you think it is a cache folder?

i have no such folder in my computer…are u sure that the location of it?

maybe i dont have it since i dont use IE at all! ;D

It’s a legitimate folder but there is nothing in mine.

It is legitimate, this is the IE version of “Speed Dial”.

I have the folder but it’s empty.
