There is problem when the IE 9RC is opened in sandbox. Favorite box is empty but when the IE 9RC is opened outside of sandbox there are bookmarks in favorite box.
So please look for that failure… OS is Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit.

The problem is fixed. Just need to turn on special folder for web browsers in sandbox properties. But there are few more problems such as blocking sites and links.
Opera 11, Chrome 10 and Firefox 4 have no problems.
