Internet is on but IE and Mozilla saying there is no connection

Im sure someone else has posted this problem but I couldnt find it. I never had this problem until the last couple days since I downloaded Avast but on my laptop it doesnt do this. help!!!Please :slight_smile:

What is your firewall ?
Does it allow ashWebSv.exe internet access ?

  • If it does delete the entry for it and reconnect to the internet, this will force the firewall to ask permission again.
