For the last few days my internet is extremely erratic. For example, at the moment I’m running a very heavy sopcast stream and also a quality flash stream at the same time (because I can’t understand the commentary on the sopcast stream) and both are working fine. However, at times if I try to access a simple web page it takes AGES.
I have tried controlling the speeds on various websites and get varying results on each. I have run malwarebytes and avast and both say there is no problem. My modem is password protected to it shouldn’t be a problem of leeching.
I know this forum is normally for dealing with virus problems but you’ve helped me with your expertise in the past and since the ISP aren’t helpful I thought I’d give you guys a shot.

Yes in both firefox and chrome. The thing I can’t understand though is it takes AGES to load the simplest of websites but then earlier I was using sopcast player and flash player at the same time and both were bombing along. I’ll do what you said and post the report.
I’ll let you know if its running quickly (I do tentatively feel its improved but I hesitate to say for definite because its been good then poor then good then poor before…)
I’ve disabled real player and real jukebox. Others I have in there are: Adobe Flash, Chrome Remote, QuickTime, NativeClient, Chrome PDF, Torrent Stream, Adobe Reader, Google Update, Silverlight. I disabled Torrent Stream as well as its horrible, should I disable any others?
