Internet Security (17.3.2291) firewall rules + adding multiple ip ranges at once

Hello, I’m new to Avast and trying Internet Security (17.3.2291)… I’ll have a couple of questions:

  1. I have a very long list of ip ranges, saved in an excel file. Both to be blocked or allowed with port information etc. Adding those ranges into app. rules one-by-one is such a mess. Besides there are more than one app. to adjust its rules this way. Is there any practical way to do this?

  2. At first, I’ve added almost 20 ip ranges for Firefox.exe as a trial, but a few days later realised that all of them were gone. Is it normal? (my default firewall setting is “ask”, not “auto decision”)
