When in SafeZone today , I try to download pdf files and I cannot . Moreover , all pdf files were eliminated fron the avast download file . I use Nitro 3 . It was runing very fine until today . I tryed to do same operation without using Safe Zone and everythig was OK . Problem is that I lost all previous pdf I downloaded in the past (although icons stil appears but I cannot open them)
Any suggestion ?

SafeZone is fully virtualized environment, everything you download remains only in SafeZone (your downloaded PDFs should be accessible from SafeZone).
If you want to access PDFs from normal desktop, please go to UI / Sandbox → Expert Settings → Exclusions page and set up download folder.
In next avast program update, we detect your downloads and exclude them automatically from sandbox (however, you have to set up manually in the current version).
