Where is the firewall tab ?

It looks like several components of Avast Internet Security is not installed at all. Firewall, Sandbox, Real Site and others don’t show at all in your graphics. Did you attempt to do a limited install, and not install all the components you want?

If not, perhaps you should clean uninstall and reinstall making sure to include the components you want.

When it was updated doesn’t matter, if the process wasn’t completed correctly.

I have do this steps:

  1. From the app i have clicked update (to the latest version)

  2. I have waited to finish the download

  3. I have waited to finish the install

  4. I have restarted the pc because the instalation required

So what i have do wrong ?

You may have done nothing wrong. The update may have encountered errors.

You can try repairing your installation first.

If that doesn’t work, download the offline install of Avast Internet Security from http://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_internet_security_setup.exe. Then do a clean uninstall following the instructions at https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility after uninstall via Windows Control Panel.

Restart afterwards and install using the downloaded install file from above.

Repair Avast:
Control Panel> Program and Features (Add/remove program)>Select Avast> Select Repair. Reboot when completed
