You didn’t say why you don’t want it displayed, as I can’t see any purpose in doing this as you lose access to the interface ?
Just stopping the display of the icon won’t stop avastUI.exe from running, but you didn’t ask about that. If that is your intention then my question is even more relevant than for just hiding the tray icon.

Well the point of this topic is to answer the OPs question and not deviate off-topic.
When I reply I only quote the elements that I am responding to and your aside question I wasn’t intending to comment on. But you also have to quote correctly as you remove the upper quote reference and that messes with the whole quoted format, this leaves unreferenced comments in the post.
