Web Shield and Net Shield are for protection.

WebRep is not for security.It’s a rating system about content.

It’s a rating system about content,this is a good thing or a bad thing ???.
This system can be manipulated.
If 10 friends want to harm a site they can combine then give a negative vote.
I hope it gets better.
