I`ve installed Service Pack 2 and was just wondering, what should the security settings be for the internet zone and trusted sites?

That is something YOU have to decide. It is you who must decide how secure you want your system.

And, otherwise, you need to decide how many Internet resources you want to use (allow). More protection, less resources :wink:
