Internet wont work with Avast Firewall

Hello,
I just bought the license to Avast Premier.
I’ve never had problems with Avast active only as antivirus.
As soon as I purchased Avast Premier and all components are turned on, I can no longer access the Internet.
The only way to access the Internet is to disable Avast Firewall.
I will also inform you that no program can access the Internet, even though I have successfully connected to my WiFi network (and other devices normally surf with my WiFi); the network icon in the Windows status bar has all the cleats and I has appeared connected normally.
How do I configure the firewall avast?

Only Avast (free version)
Avast has always worked (free version, only antivirus), as well as internet. Since I activated the avast firewall all programs are unable to use the internet despite the active connection. Only deactivating the Avast firewall all back to work.

Download Avast Premier Antivirus: https://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_premier_antivirus_setup_offline.exe
Follow instructions: https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility (Run this tool for all prior installed Avast versions…!!)
Reinstall Avast with the downloaded installer from point 1.
Reboot.

I’m sorry, but despite my enthusiasm I’m still here.
Unfortunately after I restart the PC I’m at the same point as before (internet does not work with the active firewall).
I repeated the procedure that you indicated to me (again literally), and has re-worked. But every time I reboot occurs the same problem.
It seems absurd to have to disable the Avast firewall, mainly because it is the Premier paid version.
I again need help

i cant (and i wont) connect by wire.
However is incredible: my pc had no problems and I used avast only as antivirus.
I Paid the upgrade for firewall, cleanup and game mode: Now for use internet I need to disable Firewall, Cleanup arrives halfway and blocks the process for hours (dont work), and if I activated the game mode, call of duty BO 3 crashes (crashes even after turn off the game mode: the only solution is to uninstall avast and never activate game mode)…
If I do not solve at least the firewall, proceed with the right of withdrawal
